Anyone Reading?

When I first started this blog, I put up a few articles, waited a week, and no one came. Now I'm back, 6 months later, and I find a few comments. I've decided to give blogging another try. So, from now on, each time I get a comment on one of the articles, I'll make a new blog entry. This ensures that I actually have an audience out there. I'm not going to write if no one is reading, but I'm happy to make entries if people are interested. So, if you like what you see and want to see some more, let me know and leave a comment.

Please don't stop blogging! My husband and I have been thinking about and researching relocation to Argentina, and we are self-employed as well, so being able to benefit from you experience would be most welcome!

Hope you keep posting!!!

Oh please don't stop. The audience out here may be small but I believe passionate about learning as much as possible. It's individuals like yourself that pave the way for the rest of us trying to get information from so many sources it makes you dizzy. Your help is priceless!

I am very interested, as my husband and I visited BA for the 1st time in February/05 and like the barrio of Palermo so much - we purchased a "PH" a "propidad horizontal". We just went back to close the deal last week. Our plan is to rent it and visit when we can, with the ultimate goal in 6 years to retire there. We live in Chicago, and are looking forward to the change in the weather! Any advise (I am already investigating Spanish courses)?

You have an excellent site. It's amazing to see you going through exactly everything that I went through last year before I moved. You are well prepared for the move. You have thought it out well and in advance. I had to rush it since I always thought about moving to Argentina someday but never knew I was going to until I quit, sold my house and moved here.

Your preparation will pay off. Living here is the most satisfying experience of my life. It is even better than I imagined it could be. I don't think I'll ever move back to the USA. There is no reason to. I made new friends, have a successful company and love what I'm doing. I hope you're half as happy as I am here.

Please continue your blog, it is very interesting and informative. My fiance lived in Buenos Aires from age 4 to 25. We plan to visit BA at the end of June of this year for 4 to 5 months. Your articles have been very useful in getting a grasp of how to prepare for our stay. Thank you for all your effort in creating and maintaining this blog.

I just stumbled onto your site and I am thrilled. I am an editor from Texas, and I am thinking of moving to B.A. for a year with two of my daughters. I have no clue where to begin with all of this (once I secure some schooling for them) so this site was a godsend, and I know I will stay up all night reading your posts!

I really appreciate your blog. I hope to visit Argentina one day and, perhaps, retire there in the distant future. Your blog gives me the opportunity to experience Argentina vicariously. Thank you. Richard in Atlanta

Well it's 2011 and I'm reading your blog. I am sure that thousands do but like me, at this stage, they just don't have any knowledge to contribute. But thanks - it's very informative.
